Eservus Plus Lifestyle Concierge Services (EPLC) knows how important your time is. We strive to complete all of our assigned tasks in an expedient manner. In the event that you are unable to speak directly to a lifestyle concierge we guarantee an acknowledgement of your call or email within a pre-established timeframe during EPLC business hours. Requests received via email or website hold a maximum one hour response time if submitted and received between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. Telephone requests and messages hold a maximum response time of 60 minutes. Any non-urgent call, email or web request submitted after 6:00 pm EST will receive a response by 9:00 am EST the following business day. Urgent requests will be responded to 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, additional charges will apply. Enquiries and questions pertaining to requests will receive a response within one business day.
EPLC is not liable for unanswered or unresolved requests submitted via email, website request or otherwise due to any technical difficulty, interruption or loss or of power or natural disaster. If you do not receive a timely response to your request within the parameters detailed above be aware that EPLC has not received your request. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and would never intentionally ignore or refuse a reasonable request from our members.
In some cases, EPLC is limited by the operating hours, parameters and availability of various suppliers and retailers. In these cases, every effort will be made to accommodate your requests in a practical fashion while not jeopardizing the safety, morals or any working relationships with said suppliers and retailers. EPLC will never engage in any activity that is in any way illegal or immoral on behalf of the company or its clients. EPLC will not act as an agent in place any of legal or medical professional. Urgent requests will be assessed and may be delegated to another member of the Eservus Plus team to ensure high priority.
Prior to engaging in the planning or coordination of any long-term and/or off-site event EPLC will contact you to establish an itinerary or schedule which corresponds to the desired date of delivery of all services, products and staffing requirements.
EPLC has established relationships and agreements with our supplier partners in order that we and our supplier partners offer the utmost in reliable, quality service to our members. In most cases, it is most beneficial and recommended that our members use their assigned concierge to coordinate all services, products and staffing as mentioned and agreed upon our website, in telephone conversation or email correspondence.
Should you not be completely satisfied with the level of service from EPLC or its supplier partners or quality of a recommended product at any time, kindly notify EPLC immediately. Every effort will be made by a member of our team to replace or upgrade unsatisfactory products or services within reasonable time and resource limitations. All services and products supplied by, recommended, endorsed or sold by Eservus Plus Lifestyle Concierge Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability:
The products and services offered through EPLC and, where applicable, the respective companies and landlords with which ELCS has partnered (the "Companies"), are offered on an "as is" basis and EPLC and the Companies expressly disclaim any and all warranties, statutory, expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law including, without limitation, warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the services or products offered through EPLC. In no event shall Eservus or the Companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, cost of replacement goods, loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, or bodily injury even if EPLC and the Companies have been advised of the possibility of such damages or injury. |
