Q. What services does Eservus Plus offer?
A. Eservus Plus offers a variety of services that are designed to save you time and money, including running errands, planning parties, arranging tickets or researching vacations. Our lifestyle concierges are happy to help you with anything that you don't want to do or aren't able to do yourself. We've partnered with a long list of suppliers, many of whom offer exclusive rates to Eservus Plus members. Q. I've heard of Eservus...what's the difference between Eservus and Eservus Plus?
A. Eservus is an online discounted ticket service, available exclusively at no cost to employees and residents in member buildings. Eservus Plus is a lifestyle concierge service, available to employees of corporate clients. Eservus Plus members will not be able to order tickets directly through Eservus.

Q. Is there a fee to join Eservus Plus?
A. Yes. Eservus Plus charges our corporate clients a fee to provide our services to their employees, although the employees themselves do not have to pay a fee. More information will be posted on the website in the coming weeks.

Q. I'm not sure if I want to become a member - can I try it out without becoming a member or paying anything?
A. No. All Eservus Plus customers must be employees of one of our corporate clients.

A. For employees of corporate clients, Eservus Plus costs nothing to use. Our corporate clients pay Eservus Plus a fee to offer our services to their employees.

Q. Can a friend or family member use Eservus Plus without becoming a member or paying the service fees?
A. No. In order to use Eservus Plus, you must be an employee of one of our corporate clients.

A. Yes. All Eservus Plus lifestyle concierges are fully bonded, giving you peace of mind when your service requests require in-home presence (e.g. house-sitting).

Q. How will I be able to identify myself as an Eservus Plus member?
A. When your company becomes an Eservus Plus client, you can submit your requests to your dedicated lifestyle concierge. A form of identification bearing the member's company name may be required in order to be eligible to use Eservus Plus.

Q. What is Eservus Plus's privacy policy?
A. Eservus and Eservus Plus have a very strict privacy policy that ensures that any personal information you provide us with is kept confidential. Under no circumstances do we provide your contact information to any third party unless it is required to complete your transaction. For more information on our privacy policy, click here.

Q. Will I be dealing with the same person every time?
A. Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated lifestyle concierge who will co-ordinate all aspects of your requests. The actual task may be completed by another member of the Eservus Plus team, but you will always have a single point of contact.

Q. Do Eservus Plus lifestyle concierges accept gratuities for their services?
A. No. Though it's great to be appreciated, we do our best to make your life simpler and easier because we love what we do. If you are particularly impressed by the service you have received please feel free to email your comments to Eservus's president, Kirk Layton, at klayton@eservus.com.

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our lifestyle concierges are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Non-urgent requests made outside of these hours will be responded to no later than 9:00 a.m. the following business day. Urgent requests will be responded to within 60 minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Q. What are Eservus Plus's terms and conditions?
A. Terms & Conditions: Eservus Plus Lifestyle Concierge Services (EPLC) knows how important your time is. We strive to complete all of our assigned tasks in an expedient manner. In the event that you are unable to speak directly to a lifestyle concierge we guarantee an acknowledgement of your call or email within a pre-established timeframe during EPLC business hours. Requests received via email or website hold a maximum one hour response time if submitted and received between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of statutory holidays. Telephone requests and messages hold a maximum response time of 60 minutes. Any non-urgent call, email or web request submitted after 6:00 pm EST will receive a response by 9:00 am EST the following business day. Urgent requests will be responded to 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, additional charges will apply. Enquiries and questions pertaining to requests will receive a response within one business day.

In some cases, EPLC is limited by the operating hours, parameters and availability of various suppliers and retailers. In these cases, every effort will be made to accommodate your requests in a practical fashion while not jeopardizing the safety, morals or any working relationships with said suppliers and retailers. EPLC will never engage in any activity that is in any way illegal or immoral on behalf of the company or its clients. EPLC will not act as an agent in place any of legal or medical professional. Urgent requests will be assessed and may be delegated to another member of the Eservus Plus team to ensure high priority.

Prior to engaging in the planning or coordination of any long-term and/or off-site event EPLC will contact you to establish an itinerary or schedule which corresponds to the desired date of delivery of all services, products and staffing requirements.

EPLC has established relationships and agreements with our supplier partners in order that we and our supplier partners offer the utmost in reliable, quality service to our members. In most cases, it is most beneficial and recommended that our members use their assigned concierge to coordinate all services, products and staffing as mentioned and agreed upon our website, in telephone conversation or email correspondence.

Should you not be completely satisfied with the level of service from EPLC or its supplier partners or quality of a recommended product at any time, kindly notify EPLC immediately. Every effort will be made by a member of our team to replace or upgrade unsatisfactory products or services within reasonable time and resource limitations. All services and products supplied by, recommended, endorsed or sold by Eservus Plus Lifestyle Concierge Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability: The products and services offered through EPLC and, where applicable, the respective companies and landlords with which ELCS has partnered (the "Companies"), are offered on an "as is" basis and EPLC and the Companies expressly disclaim any and all warranties, statutory, expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law including, without limitation, warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the services or products offered through EPLC.  In no event shall Eservus or the Companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, cost of replacement goods, loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, or bodily injury even if EPLC and the Companies have been advised of the possibility of such damages or injury.
